About

Tochi Wigwe, is a visionary leader dedicated to driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and positive social transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management from Imperial College Business School in London and a Bachelor’s degree in Social and cultural analysis from New York University (NYU).

As the Director of the HOW Foundation, Tochi is committed to addressing critical societal challenges through her work in youth empowerment, education and healthcare. With a strong foundation in strategic management and social entrepreneurship, she creates impactful solutions that open doors to growth, development, and opportunities for low-income communities. 

Tochi Wigwe, through the HOW Foundation, leads with innovation to advance the organisation’s focus. 

Beyond her professional work, Tochi is on a mission to empower over 5000 entrepreneurs through her #TWEAGENA mandate over the next five years via her office. She is also passionate about children and desires to ensure as many children in the riverine community have access to basic education and healthcare.

Career

As the Director of the HOW Foundation, Tochi Wigwe leads with innovative strategies to advance the organisation’s focus on youth empowerment, education, and healthcare. She has played a key role in driving impactful initiatives, including the #MalariaFreeAfrica campaign, which aims to save lives and create healthier communities across Africa.

Tochi’s professional journey reflects a record of strategic leadership across diverse industries. At Access Bank, she excelled as an Asset and Liability Management Analyst, spearheading financial strategies and operations to ensure sustainable growth while overseeing high-stakes investment decisions. Her role on the Owners Council at Tengen Family Office saw her contributing to strategic decision-making, shaping the organisation’s vision and long-term goals. Additionally, her tenure at Craneburg and Coronation Merchant Bank showcased her ability to lead multi-million-dollar projects, manage cross-functional teams, and cultivate impactful collaborations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tochi is on a mission to empower social change. Her commitment to philanthropy is demonstrated through her leadership of campaigns and initiatives that tackle critical social challenges.

Tochi’s global outlook enhances her ability to navigate diverse cultural and professional landscapes. Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, she seamlessly blends strategic insight with compassion and innovation.
